As the old adage goes, ‘time flies when you are having fun’ and this term has positively flown by in the Pre-Prep! Heading into the last fortnight of term, there is no time for slowing down with a number of events planned that we hope you can join us for.
Ballet show and tea, Wednesday 29th June, 4.15pm
The children have been working hard preparing for the ballet show and we would love you to join us in the Reynolds Hall for the performance and then afterwards for tea.
Strawberry Fayre, Friday 1st July, 3.30pm
With everything crossed for splendid weather, we are very much looking forward to our first Strawberry Fayre. All the games, stalls and refreshments will take place in the Pre-Prep playground and please could we remind all parents to collect your children first from the school gates at 3.30pm before heading into the Fayre. It is not too late to volunteer to help on the day and the list of jobs can be found on the noticeboard outside the office. All offers of help are gratefully received!
End of year assembly and end of term, Friday 8th July, 11am
Looking ahead to next week, we hope you can join us for our end of term assembly in the Chapel. This will celebrate an exciting and action-packed term, as well as giving us the opportunity to wish all our leavers the best of luck as they move on to their next schools. Term will draw to a conclusion at 12.15pm and all children will need to be collected from the Pre-Prep gates.
With thanks as ever for your support.

PP2 have been creating some wonderful pieces of art focusing on rainforst plants. They have studied carnivorous plants and made detailed studies of some of these plants. The pictures were created in pencil, coloured crayon and finally with water colours.
Well done to Jemimah on this beautiful water colour.
Reception managed to dodge the worst of the showers on their visit to Studfold Farm. It was a action-packed day for them as they made the most of all the activities and sights on offer. They stopped by the giant spade, visited the enormous story telling chair, played on the tractors and built dens!
Learning and creativity doesn't end at playtime! Creating stone Sudoku puzzles and leaf parcels of herbs whilst enjoying the summer sunshine earlier this week.
