Aysgarth School

The Pre-Prep held a grand ‘launch’ party on 26th May to officially open their refurbished playground which includes a pirate ship. The pirate ship launch was combined with their Open Day so that staff and pupils could celebrate their new playground with as many people as possible and local parents could find out more about the School.

A pirate 'Captain Aysgarth' took charge of the ship and there was pirate-themed face painting, craft activities and a puppet show. The refurbished playground was kindly donated by the Parents’ Association and the ground re-surfacing funded by the Aysgarth School Foundation.
