Gap Year Position

We are seeking gap year students to support in all aspects of the boarding school, to start in January 2022 or September 2022. Board, lodging and a financial allowance is provided. In addition, the School will put gap students through their lifeguard qualification.

This post is an ideal opportunity for a gap year student wishing to gain experience in a wide range of educational related tasks, and to develop their workplace skills while obtaining an insight into the English Education system. Ideally suited to a flexible and adaptable young person.

We both really enjoy looking after the boys and getting to know them during activities in the evening and at the weekends. It’s also really fun working with people the same age as us.

Native from France, being a Gap Student at Aysgarth School is a really nice opportunity. I love working in contact with the boys and helping the school doing different jobs. It is lovely to be in contact with all the Aysgarth Staff, thanks to them we are able to learn a lot of things about work, personal growth, studies.
