Olivia Metcalfe (née Diggory), MA Outdoor and Experiential Learning the University of Cumbria, BA Hons (QTS) Primary Education York St John University, Cert HE Spanish and Arabic University of Edinburgh will be responsible for girls’ boarding.

Mrs Metcalfe is already a key member of our boarding team, working in the senior boys' boarding house. Olivia joined Aysgarth in January 2022 with experience in girls, boys and co-educational boarding. She has undertaken qualifications from the Boarding Schools’ Association (BSA) and, alongside her teaching role as Head of Form 1, she is super excited about being instrumental in shaping the girls' boarding experience.
