Aysgarth Prep School welcomed 34 new girls for the first time in its long and distinguished history, taking the prep school total to 152. For nearly 150 years, Aysgarth has been a beacon of academic excellence, equipping young people for success in the UK's top senior schools and life beyond. This transformative step into co-education continues to build on the school’s reputation for providing exceptional educational opportunities.

Aysgarth Prep, renowned for its nearly 150-year tradition of excellence for boys, is now embracing co-education in Years 4–8, following 30 successful years of co-education in the Pre-Prep school (Nursery to Year 3).
