We've had a busy day today conducting our bi-annual Steer assessments for all pupils in PP3 and above. Steer is an amazing tool that helps us to build our individual wellbeing and pastoral care plans for each child. Twice a year, each child receives an assessment which helps to identify any pupils with hidden vulnerabilities that in many schools would go unnoticed, so that we can give them the support they need before it becomes a problem. This is just one of the many special elements that our boarding community provides to care for each child's wellbeing.
